Knowing The Problem
According to Qz, One in every two Nigerians in the country’s labor force is either unemployed or underemployed. Over 3 million youths transit from tertiary institution into the workforce. Out of which less than 10% get a job leaving 2.7 million youths consistently added to the unemployment cycle each year.

The Skill Up Program is a 16-week fellowship committed towards getting unemployed job seekers trained, skilled and hired.
The fellowship is broken down into 12-weeks of skill building and 4-weeks of job acquisition.

Tertiary institutions in Africa doesn’t give their student a working process to getting internship opportunities. These students are just released with little or no guidance.
The Internship Process is an initiated of YIEE geared toward guiding students on acquiring internship placement.

JobAcquire is an initiative of YIEE which was put in place to guide YOU towards securing a job – be it your first or next.
Nigeria universities alone produces an estimate of about 500, 000 graduates annually and 9 in every 10 graduates are unemployed and jobless therefore living in poverty.
