H.E. Mr Volkan Bozkir said, “According to the Secretary-General road-map on discrete connectivity, it is estimated that achieving universal, affordable and quality internet access by 2020 across Africa may cost us $100 billion. It is also estimated that there will be 230 million digital jobs in sub-Sahara Africa by 2030 that will generate $20 billion in revenue. This will require 650 million training opportunities over the next 10 years.
