The result of the survey shows total dependence on quality factors such as advancement, skill growth, company stability, external opportunity, company affinity, gender diversity and educational background. Most importantly, these companies emphasized recruiting individuals who are passionate about learning and growing at the same time.

It is no doubt that it is one of our dreams and hopes to one day have the privilege to work with the top
companies in the world. You don’t need someone else to tell you the benefits of working with such
companies but then again, apart from your dreams, do you have what it takes to be hired by such
companies as an applicant.

Job applicants are candidates who applied for a job. In order words, they are job seekers who express interest in an organization.

What is the reason for layoff in 2021

The rise of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 made numerous companies all over the world cut down on
their number of workers and workload due to the lockdown, regardless of the situation they were still
some bright spots in some industries for individuals with valuable skills. For example, during those
troubled moments, LinkedIn’s 2021 top companies such as Walmart had to increase their hiring efforts
with a target of bringing in hundreds of thousands of new employees to help meet surging demands
from their customers.

Now in 2021, scientists and health care workers have managed to produce a vaccine to fight against the
Covid-19 virus, and with this in place, companies are assured that there will be a stable future and can
also, forge ahead to employ more workers into their ranks.

According to LinkedIn News, top companies like T-Mobile, Fidelity and Verizon already have plans of recruiting thousands of people into their workspace in 2021.


This high rate of recruiting people in 2021 serves as good news to nearly 10 million Americans who remained unemployed as of March, as it means that there are vacancies for new opportunities out there. The big question now is:
